Edward Jones is not listed as an option for brokerage firms for 1099B transactions. How can I add it to the list?

Why can't I type in the name of my brokerage firm when it is not on you list of selections. Edward Jones is not on that list. Wells Fargo is on the list and it worked great to itemize transactions. I cannot proceed with my Edward Jones brokerage sales details reported on my 1099B?

Are you importing the 1099-B?   Are you using Online TurboTax or the desktop software?
I just tested it in both products and Edward Jones is listed there with no problem, as well as Edward Jones Trust Company.

Yes, Edward Jones and Edward Jones Trust Company are both listed

please use "My bank/brokerage isn't here" in the Pulldown list.
