"Educator smart wks line b-sp" Form Keeps popping up?

I'm very confused. 

I'm trying to file my taxes, but whenever I go to submit my e-return, I'm prompted to go back to this form that says "educator smark wks line b-sp." I'm not an educator, and I didn't upload any such forms. I was on the phone with customer support for an hour and he says that I need to upgrade to speak to a tax professional. I don't think it's a tax issue, I think it's a technical issue because this form shouldn't even be appearing. Like, it's completely. I've started over three times. 

Does anyone have any advice?

Me too, it's preventing me from submitting my form electronically

Same issue, I wouldn't doubt that this is intentional to get you to pay for more services.
