You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Each person requires their own separate UserID, and separate account.
IF you didn't write those down, then they are lost.
If you used the same USerID, then they were all overwritten by whichever was put in last.
An Online account can only be used for ONE person's (couple's) tax return.
(Nice to help others, as long as you are not getting paid for it....but you need to create a separate account for each person....).
