What version? Is it the Business program? Lots of people are having problems. I think they are looking into it. Call and see

This is a known issue that is being worked on ... may be corrected in a week or 2.
You can try making sure your OS is up to date and reboot your computer at least twice. Then try updating the program again and reboot the computer again. If that will not fix the issue then you need to wait for the fix.
