E-Filing - Married Filing Separately

Hi,

My tax filing is married filing separately. My husband and I live in community property state. Can we e-file our taxes in TurboTax?

You will not be able to efile because the IRS requires married people filing separately to provide their spouse's information so that they can match specific data.   You must print, sign and file by mail.  Both returns will likely undergo manual reviews at the IRS.
