E-filing for NYS Partnership Return (IT 204 and IT 204LL)

I use the windows desktop version of TurboTax Business in order to file my 1065 for federal and the New York State efile. Last year I had problems e-filing the NY partnership return and the NY 204LL .

I have not purchased the 2023 Business Turbotax yet and I don't want to until I know it will be approved to e-file in NYS.

Is Turbotax approved for efiling 2023 partnership and 2023 204-LL yet in NY?

I see that the IT 204 and the IT204LL is available on YOUR list. However, if you look at the NYS official website, Turbotax is not listed as a supported software.

Why is the NYS website not showing that Turbotax is an approved software for filing with NYS?

Based upon the link provided from the New York Department of Taxation and Finance, TurboTax Business is listed as supported towards the bottom of the page per this excerpt.  

The program was also recently updated.  I would recommend making sure your desktop software has been updated, run the federal and state review, and then proceed to electronically file your Federal and New York returns.  If the transmission does not go through, you will be notified.

To update your software, log back into TurboTax Business on your desktop.

1. Select the Online menu at the top
2. Then select Check for Updates.
