E-Filing AGI error after spouse passed away

I efiled march 30,  was told to mail which I did, where is my

withholding refund?

If you mailed your return the IRS probably hadn't opened the mail yet.

They are not processing mailed returns right now.  The mail is stacking up in trailers at the IRS.

Frank passed away in May of 2020 how do I file my taxes or do I have to as I am 78 years old

Yes you probably do have to file if you had over 27,400 income.  You can still file a Joint return for 2020 with him.  Do you get pensions and social security?
