E-filed with turbo tax last year; does not populate as an option

Does anyone else have problems with this level of support? ask a very specific question and get totally unrelated answers? I could get this level of support for free from the IRS website.

If you used TurboTax Online last year, you will have to use the same ID and Password as you did last year.

If your not sure of these details:

The key is that you have to use the same ID and password as last year

If you forgot your user ID or password, but still have access to your phone or email on file, you can still access your account. This is the fastest way to access your account if you lost or forgot your credentials.

  1. Go to the sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
    • If you enter a phone number or email address, we’ll send you a text or email with a verification code. If you enter a user ID, choose the method you prefer.
  3. Enter the verification code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for more info to make sure it’s really you.
  4. When prompted, reset your password or select Skip.

If you’re still unable to recover your account, select Sign in a different way.
