E-file Virginia Trust

TurboTax Business says it can't e-file Virginia state because it can't find C:\users\14062\desktop\irs.pdf.  It wants me to find it and re-attach it to try again, but I cannot locate that file.  I have already filed the Federal return the other day with no problems.  I have re-booted both TurboTax and my computer and I still can't file the return.  I do have the return open, but it does not have the file name TurboTax wants.  Any ideas?  Thank you!
