E-File Rejected

My 2021 efile federal return continues to be rejected with no explanation. My AGI is correct. I can only imagine the rejection is because there is no TN return available for download and I have reported TN W-2 income. What do you recommend?

When you entered your W-2 you should have left boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank since TN has no state income tax. Did you leave them blank?

I completed returns for 2 States.. But turbotax has no download for a Tennessee return. Does this mean I have to send everything in on paper? Thanks for your earlier reply.

TN has no state income tax so there is nothing to send to TN. Even the Hall Tax was repealed for TN for 2021.

If you paid for a TN return you need to contact customer support for a billing adjustment.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
