e-file refund

I paid for e-file, but could not complete; it kept getting rejected.  I had to mail my federal and state taxes.  Would like a refund for e-filing fee.

Did you use the Online version or the Desktop program?  In the Online version the fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.  

If you used the Desktop program and paid the $20 or $25 state efile fee you can ask for a refund.

Why was it rejecting?  Maybe we could have helped you fix it.  It's usually for the AGI.
