Drop down box doesn't work

I am trying to enter local taxes for 2023 paid in 2024. The drop down box for locality flashes, but does not drop down. When I put in the amount paid and try to continue I get a message that I must enter the local, but I can't.

Which TurboTax program are you using and is it Online or Desktop?

We always suggest you delete Cookies and clear Cache.
