Downloading TurboTax Deluxe

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe license code and entered it on my work laptop. My company has a firewall that prevented me from completing the process, so I entered the code on my personal PC and I get a message saying "This license code has already been associated with an account.

Please check that account and look for it in Downloads." Any suggestions on how to get it onto my personal PC?

I am having the exact same issue, product says this is able to load on five devices. My daughter loaded on her PC, and I should be able to load on my PC as well.
