I loaded TurboTax 2020 Deluxe from CD to my PC. My PC crashed. I now need to load it to my laptop via download because my Laptop does not have a CD drive. How do I do that and will I have to pay?

Thank you. I followed those instructions but got the following message, "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads"
Having already loaded it to my desktop, which crashed, am I also able to download to my laptop?
