Downloading 1099 from Wells Fargo Advisors Failed

Two weeks ago, I was able to download one of my 1099 forms from Wells Fargo Advisors into Turbo Tax This week I cannot download my other 1099. I get a message for two days now that says our system is unavailable at this time.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
