Downloaded State by Mistake to Premier version

Hello,

My Daughter worked remote 100% in OHIO but since her company is in Illinois she thought she needed to download Illinois State Tax to our Turbo Tax Premium.  I think all we need is OHIO (not Illinois since she never stepped a foot in Illinois).  We have not used this yet.  How can I delete Illinois from our TurboTax to avoid charges (it looks like it wants to complete a purchase process for a state that was mistakenly added). Please tell me how to delete so we can move on.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

This is not a billing issue. It is a technical issue with being able to use Turbotax. A different state was added in error when we already had Ohio as our default state of choice. We seem to be stuck now unless we can delete Illinois.
