Download Its Deductible into 2022 TurboTax

I am trying to download my 2022 Its Deductible date into my 2022 TurboTx, but the program ask me if I have an Its Deductibel account or offer an download option, as I have done in past years.

Can you please clarify your question, are you not getting the question "Do you have an account with ItsDedutible Online"? when in the Donations to Charity section of TurboTax?

What is ItsDeductible?

To enter charitable donations -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Charitable Donations
On Import from ItsDeductible Online, click on the start or update button

Or enter charitable donation in the Search box located in the upper right of the online program screen. Click on Jump to charitable donation
