Download 2024 Desktop PC FAIL

Downloaded the 2024 desktop version from my account last month.  Everything was fine.  I went to open it two days ago and the program would not load.  I just kept getting a message:  oops, we encountered a problem.  Restart your computer for program to run correctly.  Well, 10 re downloads and 20 restarts of the computer - still receiving the same message.  Very frustrating as the software has been paid for and I cannot access anything!
