How do I download the TT products for 2020 tax year ? 
I purchased the CD, but I want to download on my home computer (the cd is at my office abd I can’t access it right now)

You can request a download be pushed to your download account form TurboTax support since you purchased the CD.

Or you can request a refund for the software purchase using this website if you purchased the CD through TurboTax - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp

Support will re-open on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 5am Pacific time.
