Does TurboTax honor the 10% filing discount or is this something that’s just used to get you to use this service and then you never receive it in the end?

I was originally advertised to with a 10% discount to file with TurboTax and receive a pop-up that will be automatically applied. However, it was never received.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
