No. TurboTax does not provide a remote online notary service.
And...it sounds like you might be unclear on what a notary does and how notarizing is done. You need to get things notarized in person. You provide your identification to the notary and then they put an embossed seal on the document.

Well----news to me. But notarizing is not offered by TurboTax. You will need to use one of the services you found on the internet if you do not want to use an in-person service.
