No, Online TurboTax can prepare only 1 Federal return per online account per year, and up to 5 state returns that go with that Federal return, if needed.
To prepare another online Federal return for another person, you would need to use a different online account; i.e., a different User ID.
The desktop version does allow for multiple Federal returns. It is available as a download installation file. (For people who demand a CD over a downloaded installation file, a CD can be ordered after the download purchase for an additional $10 fee.)
The desktop version can prepare an unlimited number of Federal returns, but is limited to 5 free Federal efiles. If there are additional Federal returns over 5, the rest can be printed and mailed. There is a $25 state efile for each efiled state return (except no fee for NY state). There is no fee to print and mail the state returns.
