Does the stimulus credit going to be add on to my federal tax return are they going to be separate

I file for m kid, I didn’t get the first $600 neither the $500 for my kid. When I did my taxes I was qualify for the credit. My question is are they going to be 1 are separate ?

One payment. The missing stimulus payments will be added to your tax refund in the form of a Recovery Rebate Credit.  Your refund payment will include the missing stimulus.

Hi,

On mine it said that I was qualified for it but it didn’t get added to my original tax return. It stated that they needed to review it before processing it. Is this normal? My friends got it included with their return...
