Does the IRS care if I include the bank's FEIN number on turbo tax when reporting 1099-INT? If not, how do they keep track?

The IRS uses the information provided by the bank and what you report on your tax return.  TurboTax does not report the bank FEIN information from the 1099-INT to the IRS.
