Im still under my mothers health insurance because im under 26. so do i claim health insurance?

Yes, since you have health insurance you need to indicate that on your return. Check with your mother to see what kind of 1095 form she got so you can report that on your return.

It depends on numerous factors. She can, or you can claim yourself as an independent. When she goes through the program it will ask her a series of questions and then will let her know if she can claim you as a dependent or not. Ask her what it says and then you can file your return based on that information.
