Does re-filing a rejected return count as a second eFile of the five allowed?

I have 5 returns to file. The fourth one was rejected, so I corrected it and re-filed. Now I can't file the fifth one because it says I've reached my limit of 5.

How do i fix, due to my UK Pension, i do not have a valid EIN for my 1099-R, so my federal tax was rejected. How do i refile my returns? Do i need to do a manual filing?
