turbotax.business. I installed a state tax form per instructions, but the problem is still there. Had to pay $59. I should not have to paid! It worked ok in 2019

I'm getting a "Some formsets are not present on this machine. Please install all formsets" when opening my 2023 return. Same computer, what's going on?

Using Turbotax Desktop for Mac. Amending return, when I select to add an interest statement (1099-INT) I get a blank screen in the area where you would enter the entry.
