The 199A deduction is included in all versions of TurboTax that include self-employment income eligible for the deduction. It is calculated behind the scenes, though, as your personal taxable income is also a variable in the deduction calculation.
The 199A deduction will be reflected on Line 9 of your 1040 form, and there will be 199A worksheets included with your return(if income is Schedule C, E, or F) to show how the 199A deduction was calculated. These worksheets can be seen using Forms mode in the TurboTax desktop/windows versions. (See steps below to be brought to Forms mode.) For K-1 income, the 199A amounts used in the calculations would be reported in box 17 (1120s K-1) or box 20 (1065 K-1) of the K-1 forms.
