When you file a joint return you are supposed to put ALL of the information from both spouses on ONE tax return. If you did not include any income your wife earned on the "joint return" that you e-filed, you will have to amend later. A joint return contains all the income and deduction information from both people. Do not do anything until you see if the iRS accepts or rejects your return. Then come back to Answer Xchange for further help.
