Does my account show new messages for a follow-up? After talking to an EA I received an email (to recap our conversation). But when I log in it doesn't show up. Why?

In theory, that would seem to be the place to look. However, it didn't show up for me at all no matter the web browser I used. I had to re-contact a specialist and have them re-send the message to my email. (And it was never visible on my account).
