Does know why I can not apply for a refund advance? The website has me login to my CK account & then tells me sorry, having trouble verifying your personal info.

All account info matches between both sites. I have tried unlinking the accounts and that was not a fix. I have also changed the emails and phone numbers on our TT account to my spouse's info for their CK account. Let me get past the login in screen, only to have him sign up for the CK money account and then go back to the can't verify page.

Refund advance requires an accpted return by IRS.  IRS starts processing returns on Jan 23.

Thank you.  But this has zero to do with what I asked.

@mandanacope No one in the user forum can see your information so we cannot give you an answer as to why you cannot get the advance.  It could be because of the state you live in, or certain forms you are using.  We cannot see any of that.

Again, this is not what I'm asking about. I am getting an error message when trying to even apply for the advance. Logging into credit karama to apply for the advance is the issue. After I did research,  I found this was an issue last year with many people that TT said they were working on a resolution.  Clearly that hasn't happen. But this has nothing to do with my personal information or when the IRS accepts/when the advanced is approved. And everything to do with TT & CK not even allowing me to login to apply.

I have appealed to TT to clarify some of the confusion regarding the refund loan.  This is all I have to offer

Tonight my customer called she  was having an issue with credit karma  being able to verify  her info .  she  was on an I phone i told her to come out of the tt app and to  go into a google browser  and  she was able to complete all the verifications needed . for her advance
