Does house transfer to beneficiary (not sold) need to be reported on Form 1041?

I'm working on Form 1041 for a complex trust (grantor deceased). The trust contained a house which was transferred to one of the beneficiaries (not sold, the deed was just transferred). Does this need to be reported on the 1041 or not since there were no proceeds/income?
