Suppose my single-member LLC is registered in state A while most of time I work at home in state B, where my LLC is not registered. Will I still be able to claim home business deductions if there is a particular area for work at home? My guess is that if my LLC is not registered in state B and I claim for home business deductions, it may violate the state laws. But I am not sure and hope someone can provide some ideas about it. Thanks.
