If you pay estimated taxes it can increase your refund or decrease a tax due when you file your tax return. It is just like withholding from your paychecks.
Not sure what you are asking. Did Turbo Tax print out the 4 quarterly 1040ES for you? The 1040ES are for next year. The 1040ES quarterly estimated tax payments DO NOT get sent to the IRS or state with your return. They are optional to pay. Turbo Tax is very conservative and doesn't want you to owe too much next year. They might have printed out if you got a one time large income this year. Like if you took a IRA or 401K distribution. You can ignore them. You might want to adjust your withholding at work so you won't owe too much next year.
Thought of something else. On your current 2019 return do you have a refund? You can apply all or part of it to next year as an estimated payment. Then you won't get it this year and the IRS will keep it towards next year. So in that case it will reduce your current refund.
