It doesn't matter if you do or don't get a 1099 from anyone. You have to report all your income no matter how small. Even $1 of bank interest you don't get a 1099Int for.

IRS agreed to go back to the old rules.

It is up to the Poshmark and each of the others to decide what they will do.
