You would have to contact Costco customer service for help with downloading TurboTax from their site.
Seems odd that everyone who bought the E-delivery version would then have to call customer service to get the download.

I'm sure that not everyone has to call. We've only had a couple of questions about it here, and I'm sure there are a lot of people buying TurboTax from Costco. The person who posted the original question might have overlooked something or misunderstood something, or maybe there was a problem with his particular purchase. But in any case, all TurboTax does is provide the product to Costco. The e-delivery to the purchaser is controlled by Costco, so anyone who does have a problem with it has to contact Costco. If there's something wrong with their e-delivery, Costco has to fix it. We can't help you with it here.
I'm having the identical issue as jkchalles. Costco issued an e-delivery tracker # but it is not an active link.
