Does anyone have the fax number i need to send my 1095-A and 8296 form? One of my lovely kids threw away my letter

You will need to include the letter with your forms or the codes on the letter.  The number to call that deals directly with this situation (Affordable Care Act - IRS forms 1095 A and 8296) is 1-866-682-7451, extension 568.  They will be able to help you with the fax number and advice as to what you need to do, as you no longer the letter.

This is perfect, i called the phone number that ends in 1040 for the irs and after being on the phone for almost 30 min she had no idea how to help me. Thank you so much!!

I googled for fax number to send 1095-A. Response was to use Fax number on letter received. If you don't have that number, they(Intuit) suggested to call IRS @ 1-800-829-1040.
