Does a mileage log need to have the exact address or can it have the name of the company

EXAMPLE can it just be company's name like Denny's or does it have to have Denny's address.

It needs to have enough detail so that you can reasonably prove the mileage.  

So if there is only one Dennys in town, the name might be enough.  If there are several, you might want to annotate that with (Main Street); (4th Ave); or whatever else will help.
