Yes, the Form 1041 module of TurboTax Business does include Schedule E (see first screenshot).

However, if you are preparing a 1041 for a grantor trust, you will only see a Grantor Information Statement on which you will enter income, deductions, and credits (see second screenshot); there will be no Schedule E with your 1041.
