Each of the software versions include a section for the  preparation of the 1040-ES forms....but there is no extra fee to prepare or file them.

..........mostly because you need to either mail in each of the forms and payment yourself after printing them out....or use the IRS DirectPay or EFTPS websites to make the Federal payments.

The online software is only open for another week, and then shuts down to transition to 2020 forms....so don't try to use the software for 2020 until December.........if you're still working on 2019 taxes now, it will all shut down entirely in the next week, and I don't know if the "LIVE" access is available either now, or after the next 5-6 days for 2019 taxes .

Opinion:  Buying and using the Desktop software on a full MAC or Windows computer is far superior to the "Online" stuff.

The 2019 downloaded program can be purchased here and you ONLY need to buy the DELUXE version since it has everything you need and save a few bucks.   https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

If you are looking at the 2020 tax year ...

Although the beta versions of the program come out early they are not fully functional until sometime late January at best and many forms including the state programs are not complete until late Feb or sometime in March.  The IRS efile start date is still TBD however in the last couple of years they have not opened until very late in January  so don't be in a big hurry.

The Desktop CD/Download program usually comes out in early November.  The Online Personal versions open in December.  Keep checking back.  After Oct 15 the current year programs move to the past year product page and the next year programs will say Pre-Order until available.
