You can delete a form from your return by following these directions:

When you sign into Turbo Tax follow the steps below

• Sign into your return
  
• Click My Account
  
• Select Tools
• Scroll down and click on Delete a form
  
• Click Delete next to the form or Schedule and follow the instructions to remove the form/schedule
