Once created, you use the same one every year.

I've used the same one for 10 years or more.

Not sure what is happening after the deadline though.....even though rejections are supposed to be able to be "fixed" if the initial filing was prior to the deadline.

The PIN you enter becomes your prior PIN next time.

You should be able to select a new PIN each year (see other tax software).

As far as I can tell, TurboTax does not support a prior PIN for authentication.

You must enter the correct AGI.

Well.....so long ago (March), I'm not sure I really recall whether I needed AGI or not...almost sure (65%) I just used same 5-PIN I've used for years with my desktop software e-file.  Guess I'll need to pay specific attention next year.
