Yes, if you put in a change of address with the post office the W-2 should be forwarded.
No if you do not report the address change with the employer you will not receive your W2s in the mail at your new address.

Yes, if you have put in a change of address with the Post Office then your W-2 will be forwarded to you. If you are still employed with this employer you should notify them of your new address. Also if you file your tax return with your new address the IRS will update your address automatically.
This needs to be fixed w2s are not able to be forwarded unless address is fixed with old/new employer.
Obviously, the best situation is to report the change of address with both the employer and the US Post Office. If the employer mailed the W-2 to the old address, then with a proper change of address form filed with the Post Office, first class mail (which this is) is normally forwarded to the new address for up to 6 months.
Unfortunately no they will not forward w2s any other mail they will but w2s will not be forwarded.
