Does your state tax return show taxes due or does it show a refund? If it shows taxes due or taxes owed, that is the amount you must pay the state.

Yes it shows I owe,I think I did something wrong.how can I get someone else to review it to make sure that everything is ok?

No one on this site can see your tax return so we could not be of assistance. You might want to look at your 2019 state return side by side with you 2018 tax return to see what is different if anything. That might be a clue about something being wrong.
