Do I need to report my 1095-A if my wife received one with blank B and C columns? Not eligible and didn't take any PTC . The .gov tool doesn't help.

. gov tool requires the person to not have been eligible for any other minimum value plans. Since she was, the tool won't progress.

When asked if you received a Form 1095-A answer NO. Or delete the Form 1095-A.

You have nothing to report concerning Marketplace insurance.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
