Do I Need to Include Tax Payment Voucher to My Tax Amendment Documents?

I prepared tax amendment documents by using Turbotax.

One of them is for Massachusetts and I got a Massachusetts Income Tax Payment Voucher.

It says If you are mailing the form PV with the payment by itself, mail it to the payment to **PO BOX 7062**

The instructions of the amendment documents for MA tells me Mail your return, attachments, and payment to **PO BOX 7003**

My question is if I mail my amendment documents with my check to PO BOX 7003, do I still need to include the Tax Payment Voucher to them?

You do not need to include the voucher since the documents have all your information on them including the amount you owe.
