You need to report the income you received as self-employment income even if you don't receive a Form 1099-NEC reporting it. If you did work for your own customers, you also need to report that income, but no Form 1099-NEC needs to be prepared for that.
When you enter you income in the Self-employment income section of TurboTax, there is a place where you can enter income as General Income, not reported on another form:
