No, the 1095-C does not have to be entered into TurboTax.  Just keep it for your records.

You'll still need to go into the Healthcare section and answer the first question, telling TurboTax whether you had coverage for the entire year.  But if you had full-year coverage on a 1095-C, that's all you need to do.
