Do I have to report my unemployment refund I got in 2021 from over paying unemployment taxes in 2020?

I did not get unemployment all of 2021 I got unemployment in 2020 and filed that in 2021 but I got a refund because I over paid in taxes on it. I got the refund in 2021 so do I put that refund on my taxes this year in 2022?

You do not report a federal tax refund. If you got a state income tax refund, and you claimed an itemized deduction for state income tax on your 2020 federal tax return, you might have to report the state refund on your 2021 federal tax return. Enter the state refund, and TurboTax will ask questions to determine whether it has to be reported.

No you do not report that on your 2021 tax return.
