No, you do not report cash back from a credit card account on a tax return. That is your own money being returned to you and you could not report the credit card payment as a deduction on a tax return.
Another question... I have contributed 27000 to my 403B ($25K allowed, plus some toward allowed catch up as I meet the age requirement).
I've seen that TT won't allow people to e-file; instead you have to print and mail in. Do you know anything about this. Looks like they had same prob. LY.

Sorry, I do not know anything about not being able to e-file if you have a 403b with a catch-up amount entered.
@dmertz Do you know anything about this?
I don't think TurboTax supports special catch-up contributions to a 403(b).
